A Safe Space to Explore

In truth, there is no right or wrong way to deal with a given situation. We each have our own unique blend of standards and values, and what feels right for you may not feel right for someone else.

These workshops will give us time and space to explore what - and who - really matter to us. We will also practise techniques that allow us to respond mindfully, rather than being governed by automatic, involuntary reactions.

We will work together in small groups in a safe and supportive way.

You will also get free access to the Courageous Conversations Community, where you can connect, share your stories, and support each other (if you wish to).

Workshop Programme

This series runs every Thursday and Saturday, from 6th November to 6th December.

We decided to deliver it in this way so that you have the opportunity to really place the spotlight on conflict and how it presents in your life and to experience real, transformative progress over the course of the month.

All workshops take place at 12:30pm UK time (GMT) - except the last session which takes place at 5pm.

Full programme details are shown below 👇

Workshop Details

Workshop 1 : How Do You Usually Handle Conflict?

📍 6th November @12:30 GMT

Do you usually avoid conflict, square up, give in — or try and work together?

In our first Courageous Conversations workshop, we’ll explore your unique approach to handling tricky situations — and give you the chance to try a style that’s not your usual.

Join us and learn to step into conflict with curiosity, poise, and confidence.

Workshop 2 : Whose Rules Are You Really Living By?

📍 8th November @12:30 GMT

We all live by our own standards and values — but some uplift us, while others keep us stuck in shame and conflict.

In this workshop, you’ll explore which values truly serve you, and let go of those you’ve outgrown. We will also work on shaping values that support real connection and freedom.

Workshop 3 : Which Battles Are Yours to Fight?

📍 13th November @12:30 GMT

Not every conflict deserves your energy — but how do you decide when to defend and when to let it go?

In our third Courageous Conversations workshop, we’ll look at how to assess situations, defend what truly matters, and let go of what doesn’t.

Build on your conflict style & values to assess situations with clarity, and practise choosing your response with confidence.

Workshop 4 : How Strong Are Your Boundaries?

📍 15th November @12:30 GMT

Are you clear about your boundaries? Do you know what a deep YES or a firm NO feels like?

Join us for Workshop 4 of Courageous Conversations and explore your boundaries experientially. Learn to protect your values, communicate clearly, and feel safer in every interaction.

Workshop 5 : Being good vs. being you – which wins?

📍 20th November @12:30 GMT

Do you twist yourself out of shape trying to be seen as good or kind?

Discover how your need to be seen as good affects your choices. Experiment with honesty, self-respect, and connection. Learn to uphold your values and remain kind, without twisting yourself to please others.

In Workshop 5, we’ll explore scenarios to test kindness for connection, clarity, and self-protection.

Workshop 6 : Asking For Help When You're Hurting

📍 22nd November @12:30 GMT

Do you struggle to speak up when you’re hurt — or to ask for what truly matters?

In this workshop, we’ll practise saying how you feel, role-play challenging situations, and learn to communicate clearly without controlling others.

Workshop 7 : How Do We Let People Go?

📍 27th November @12:30 GMT

How do we release people without resentment?

Cut ties, drift, agree to differ — or stay open? Explore your responses, practise honest conversations, and learn to handle being cut off with clarity and calm.

Workshop 8 : Embracing the Unknown

📍 29th November @12:30 GMT

Feeling uncertain can trigger real discomfort.

In this workshop, we explore how to sit with those feelings safely, handle uncertainty, and see multiple perspectives without judgement.

Experiential exercises will help you navigate being cut off, differing opinions, and the unknown - with calm and clarity.

Workshop 9 : Saying Sorry – Without Losing Yourself

📍 4th December @12:30 GMT

Ever wondered how to apologise without giving up your self-respect?

In Workshop 9, we’ll explore saying sorry with honesty, courage, and connection — practising real scenarios so you can apologise without shame and strengthen relationships.

Workshop 10 : Letting Go of Being Right (Even When You Know They're Wrong!)

📍 6th December @17:00 GMT

Ever felt stuck in conflict because the other person isn’t taking responsibility for their sh*t?!

Or perhaps you’re too attached to being “right”?

We will explore letting go of being right, staying connected, and finding balance between self-responsibility and acceptance of others.
